It’s puppy day everyday here in LeRoy’s house.  But when I read about National Puppy Day (and I can’t read much; too sad) I learned that it’s not just an excuse to buy presents and expensive Hallmark Cards. It is a reminder to everyone to be responsible about pet ownership.  On a happy note it is an excuse to share LeRoy photos!

You can go to Petco or Pet Smart and spend a bunch of money on a synthetic bone or you can go to Kroger and pay $1.75 for a soup bone that if you boil for an hour or so becomes hard enough to last till he’s big.  The best part; no squeaky thing in it.  Though if you can hear the squeaking you do know what he actually is chewing on.  It’s the quiet chewing that makes me worry.  Chewing on toilet paper makes no noise.
